Application Process

Step 1: Fill out the online application completely, including essays, information, and preferred group interview time(s). It is not possible to save the application and come back.We suggest you type your essay responses in a Word document first and then paste them into the fields.

Early Decision/Study Abroad Deadline
: Wednesday, November 6, 2013 5:00pm

Students studying abroad in spring 2014 must apply by this date; other students who apply by this date and are invited to participate in a group interview November 15th will be notified of their selection status prior to winter break.

Final Application Deadline: Friday, January 17, 2014 5:00pm

Interview times will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis, so turn in your application early!

Step 2: Remind your recommender to submit the online recommendation form they will receive via e-mail.

Appropriate recommendations come from a faculty or staff member, work supervisor, or volunteer coordinator who can speak to your character and your ability to connect with students in a mentoring role. References from family members or friends would not be considered appropriate for this position.

Other applicants who apply on or before November 6, 2013 can indicate interest in applying for early decision below.  Students who interview on November 15, 2013 will be notified of selection status before the end of the fall 2013 semester.
